His expertise lies in aligning learning strategy to business objectives and then assembling the appropriate resources to achieve targeted results and bottom-line performance.
Mark has strong communication and facilitation skills and has spent a great deal of time working with senior-level executives. He is well versed in performance management systems, team development and the latest leadership technologies, and is well credentialed in numerous aspects of performance consulting and development.
