For the past 25 years, Mark has specialized in the training and development of sales and management personnel and the organizations they work with. His current responsibilities include sales management, business development, enterprise-wide sales and strategic accounts.

Working primarily with Fortune 500 companies and other highly-branded clients, Mark has coordinated initiatives and programs ranging from instructional design to high-level consulting interventions, and has served as the integrator of selling systems as well as online and instructor-led training. His expertise lies in aligning learning strategy to business objectives and then assembling the appropriate resources to achieve targeted results and bottom-line performance.

Mark has strong communication and facilitation skills and has spent a great deal of time working with senior-level executives. He is well versed in performance management systems, team development and the latest leadership technologies, and is well credentialed in numerous aspects of performance consulting and development.
